Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Delivery is between 7-10 business days from the date your order is placed. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We currently ship within Canada & the United States. Please note shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional duties/taxes that the customer is responsible for.

We use secure packaging materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. Each item is hand-packed with care.
