We accept returns on items in their original condition. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in proper condition with all original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 10–14 business days. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes an additional 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping is a flat fee of $49.99. We currently ship within Canada & the United States. Please note shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional duties/taxes that the customer is responsible for.
