We accept returns on items in their original condition. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in proper condition with all original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes an additional 10–14 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Domestic shipping is a flat fee of $49.99. We currently ship within Canada & the United States. Please note shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional duties/taxes that the customer is responsible for.

We use secure packaging materials to ensure your ceramics arrive safely. Each item is hand-packed with care.
